| Burnie joined the WinGIS staff in November of 2002 as the Programmer/Analyst responsible for designing, programming and implementing GIS applications for the consortium and partners. In December of 2004 Burnie was appointed Director of WinGIS and is now responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing all WinGIS activities. Burnie provides technical expertise and supervision for the day-to-day operation of the WinGIS consortium within the context of programs and policy directives. Burnie is also responsible for hiring staff, managing vendor contracts and performs work within established policies, procedures and guidelines. |

| Steve joined the WinGIS team in June 2008 as a Programmer/Analyst after 9 years in the Direct Email Marketing and Web Development fields. He is responsible for updating the look and feel of the WinGIS websites as well as implementing upgraded functionality.

Sarah Brown - E911 Tech |

| Sarah joined the WinGIS team in July 2006 as the E911 GIS Technician. She is responsible for maintaining the street geometry and attribute data for the County of Winnebago. Sarah is working with the fire and police departments through out the county and with the 911 staff maintains all the public safety layers and boundaries. |

| Tawane’ Burks joined the WinGis team January 2010 as a Database Administrator. He has a diverse educational background in the fields of Information Technology and Geographic Information Science. He attained his bachelor degree in Computer Networking from Alcorn State University (Alcorn, Mississippi), and then went on to receive his master’s degree in Geography and Environmental Resources from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale, Illinois). He is responsible for daily maintenance of WinGis Enterprise SQL Server (2008) SDE spatial database. |
